Bayside Custom Gunworks was founded by Christopher Rhodes in 2011 to provide quality firearms services at a reasonable price. Over the past several years, gunsmiths have increased the charges to astronomical levels exceeding the labor rates of other comparable trades. We strive to keep our prices reasonable and maintain high quality service for firearms users.
Bayside Custom Gunworks is a licensed gunsmith shop. We specialize in building custom firearms for competition, sport, or duty use. We also provide firearms repair and maintenance services for the vast majority of firearms made. If we can’t find parts for your firearm we can make them in our full service machine shop on site. Our Shop is equipped with Bridgeport milling machines and South Bend lathes to build the firearm of your dreams or make that impossible to find part. We also have in house metal finishing for hot bluing and nitre (charcoal/fire) blue as well as cerakote. When it comes time to finish that finely crafted firearm or re finish that well-loved wall hanger we have multiple bead blasting cabinets and various polishing equipment to make that firearm stand out from the pack. We will also take in other general machine work for other industries. Bayside Custom Gunworks is a disabled veteran owned and operated company.
